The Movement Toolkit is a collection of self-care resources designed to help you improve your movement, strength and flexibility. It is based on the evidence that the body is designed to move and that moving regularly is the most powerful way to improve your health and well-being.

The Spirit Toolkit is a collection of self-care resources designed to help you find peace, strength, and meaning. For instance, this may be through nature, faith, or art. It is based on the evidence that however we tap into our spirit, nurturing that foundation is essential to our well-being and Wholeness.

The Community Toolkit is a collection of self-directed resources designed to help you improve your social connections and relationships. Community begins with connecting with ourselves and with others and the world around us. It’s based on the evidence that our community—or social connection—is a vital part of our Wholeness.
