  • Mindy Opper, PA-C, Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner

    Mindy Opper, PA, joins Harvest Wholeness after practicing medicine in Washington for 30 years. Opper prescribes for ketamine-assisted therapy and provides Ayurvedic consultations to address and improve one’s health by utilizing the ancient practices of Ayurveda. She studied at the Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda and has integrated Ayurveda into her previous western practice in family medicine over the last decade. Ayurveda can be incorporated into one’s ongoing health practices or can be applied all on its own.

  • Hope Hollingsworth, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

    Hope Hollingsworth is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to serving marginalized populations and owner of Sparrow Psychiatry and Wellness in Anaconda. She holds a Masters of Science in Nursing from Duke University, and has a keen interest in neuroscience research in psychedelic medicine. Hope is a Psych NP at the Butte Native Wellness Clinic and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy with the San Francisco-based Polaris Institute and Sub Rosa Therapy in Bozeman. As medical and psychiatric health consultant for Harvest Wholeness, she aims to help patients access the benefits of ketamine therapy as a component of treatment for PTSD, substance use disorders, treatment-resistant depression and other issues.

  • Greg Shanks, LCPC, Therapist Wholeness Guide

    Greg completed his undergraduate studies in psychology at Manchester University in England and his graduate studies in counseling at the University of Montana. He has served as a hospice chaplain providing spiritual support and grief counseling to hospice patients and their families locally.
    Living in an intentional spiritual community for 20 years and practicing meditation intensively integrated with his somatic-based and neuroscience approaches led to a specialization in applying mindfulness to healing trauma.

  • Kavan Peterson, Founder, Integrative Health Coach and Wholeness Guide

    Harvest founder Kavan is a visionary leader in integrative whole health, positive aging culture change, and participatory design. Kavan is pursuing a Masters in Integrative Health at the California Institute for Integral Studies with a focus on mind body medicine and healing through nature. Kavan is certified in trauma-informed group facilitation through The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Building Personal Resilience through HeartMath and is a certified Forest Bathing Guide through the Center for Excellence. Kavan splits his time between Missoula and Seattle, where he is a facilitator for Telos’s certification program Core Competencies in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.

  • Kaley Burke, Director, Integrative Health Coach and Wholeness Guide

    Kaley believes that cutting-edge psychedelic medicine can often provide a unique opportunity to deeply understand and process the most challenging, confusing, and painful parts of our lives.
    By integrating the entirety of one’s life in a meaningful way, including insights from psychedelic experiences, Kaley believes people are able to free themselves from self-criticism, unhealthy cycles of relating to others, and emotional pain.

  • Adam Boomer, MSW/SWLC, Therapist Wholeness Guide

    Adam's personal experience and passion for supporting clients working through trauma using non-ordinary states of consciousness led him to train as an integration specialist for psychedelic experiences.
    He works with clients to help them integrate these experiences in a way that builds their agency and helps them articulate and pursue the life changes and outcomes they desire. Adam’s vision is to empower clients to move from "just" coping to growing and thriving.

  • Carley Rae Ellison , Integrative Health Coach, Wholeness Guide and Massage Therapist

    Carley Rae Ellingson received her certification from the Utah College of Massage Las Vegas in 2003 and has continued to expand her learning on the power of the mind-body connection.

  • Irene Grey, Reiki Master

    Irene Gray has been practicing Reiki since 1988. She became a traditional Reiki Master in 1990 and founded the Namaste Reiki Center in Berkley, Mass.
    In her 35+ year journey as a Reiki master Irene has practiced across New England, Virginia, Florida, Minnesota, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, and Washington and is proud to call Missoula home.

  • Megen Tripp, Craniosacral Therapist

    Missoula native Megen Tripp became a certified Craniosacral Therapist (CST) after finding personal relief from this modality when all other avenues failed. After achieving her dream of raising a large family (five children), Megen completed CST training with the Upledger Institute in 2018 and launched her career as a healer. Her favorite part of CST practice is integrating it with other complementary healing modalities in collaboration with Missoula’s amazing array of holistic providers.
